Asparagus wrapped in bacon
10 jumbo (large spears) of Mangaweka Asparagus, or 20 thinner spears.
10 slices of streaky bacon.
- Wash and snap off ends of asparagus and then dry with a paper towel.
- Wrap bacon around the full length of the spear, leaving the tip showing.
- Place on baking tray and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.
